We loved it ❤️

  We enjoyed staying here. We had 10 total people from 5 months, 2 yrs, 3 yrs, 6 yrs, a teen and 5 adults. The place fit our family well. Having... read more the living space upstairs, and the bedrooms on the ground floor allowed adults to sleep in while kids needed to be fed and active. The walk to the beach and pool were easy, when we added our wagon for all the beach items needed, a stroller for the 2 yr old. We brought our own umbrella and used the chairs and beach blanket at the room. We had seen pictures of boogie boards, so left ours at home...big mistake! Bring your own, as there aren't any left at the house. Also bring more bath and beach towels.

We cooked most of our meals and only did take out once. Cenaduria Yoli is such a great place for cheap but tasty Mexican food. Yum! The kitchen was great, but one hard part was a lack of a dishwasher. With no many of us and eating our meals in, we had to work hard to keep up with dishes. Otherwise, it was a great stay and hosts were great!

The house is located in a prime location near the resorts so we felt like we had the best of both worlds getting such close proximity to the town center while also being right next to the water. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay and appreciate all of the little details the hosts added to make it feel like “home”. The hosts were attentive, kind, and responsive to our needs via text throughout our stay, and we definitely recommend this place to any family or large group!

It's exactly as described and the neighborhood is full of great people and nice neighbors and our hosts were amazing.

The HOA does a great job of taking care of the neighborhood, very vigilant and safe. The walk to the beach was not far, but good idea to bring a cart to help carry items to the beach. The place is huge, clean, and comfortable. I love the outside patios. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Parking and check in are good. The location is great. For sure was very short walk to the beach and pool. I definitely recommend bringing a little wagon if you want to take stuff to the beach. There are local sellers selling you drinks, snacks, massages, rentals, at the beach. The Malecón Puerto Peñasco it’s only 20 min drive for sure going early better than going later traffic but wasn’t to bad. The kitchen has everything you need for sure. We definitely recommend going to Leys grocery because Sams and Walmart didn't have a ton of quick bite food for the kids.
